What’s the difference between a basic pool opening and a clean opening?
A basic pool opening gets your equipment running and your pool circulating but does not include cleaning or water balancing. A clean opening includes vacuuming, brushing, debris removal, and a full startup so your pool is much closer to being swim-ready.
Do you include chemicals with your pool openings and closings?
Chemicals are not included in the base price for services, but customers receive a 20% discount on retail chemistry purchased from our store. This allows us to customize the exact amount of chemicals needed for your pool rather than guessing or overcharging.
Why do you pump down pool water when closing a pool?
Lowering the water level protects skimmers, returns, and tile lines from freezing damage during winter. This step is critical for preventing cracked pipes and expensive spring repairs.
